I had good fun torture testing this beast and it survived high temperatures of a torch, 45 min dunk in water, run over by a car several times and hit with a sledge hammer really hard, and it still works !

The usb enclosure is constructed using 18mm plywood (3/4") in three layeres in the middle one I drilled and cut a slot for the usb.that is held to gether using four lag bolts.
I then hammered some food cans to the plywood then I held it securley, I used some washerhead screws to secure it.
